Heidi’s Baptism Testimony

I started to know Jesus in 2016. It was my darkest moment and I
found my previous pastor. I started learning Jesus. Step by step, my
life started changing. And then I have a calling that I need to baptize
and this is the right thing to do and Jesus wants me to do. When I
heard baptism, and I wanted to be fully acted like Jesus first. But when
I listened to Pastor Baker preached about baptism. The calling is
much stronger. I feel this is the time. I talked to my husband Donny
about this.
I know I’m not perfect and I’m a sinful person but Jesus forgave me
and gave me a new life. And I will follow Jesus in my life.

我從2016年開始認識耶穌。那是我經歷最黑暗的時刻，我找到了以前
的牧師。我開始跟從耶穌。一步一步地，我的人生開始改變。然後我有
一個呼召，我需要受洗，這是合宜的事情，而耶穌也希望我這樣做。當
我聽到有洗禮時，我想首先完全像耶穌一樣。但在我聽白家傑牧師講洗
禮的信息時, 這呼召更加強烈。我感覺現在就是時候了。我便與我先生
Donny談這件事。
我知道我並不完美，我是一個有罪的人，但耶穌寬恕了我並給我一個新
的生命。我會一生跟隨耶穌。
